📦 Shipping & returns at Mababu

We want every parcel you receive from us to be a little piece of joy. So that you know exactly what to expect, here you'll find all the information about shipping, personalisation and returns.

🇩🇪 Shipping within Germany

• Standard shipping: Free for all orders, delivery time approx. 2–3 working days
• Express shipping: For €6.99 (only for non-personalised items). If you order by 2 pm, your order is shipped with DHL on the same working day. Delivery usually within 1–2 days.

🌍 Shipping to other European countries

• Standard shipping: €6.99, delivery time approx. 2–3 working days with DHL or a comparable carrier

🧵 Personalised products

• Processing takes 2–3 working days in addition to the shipping time.
• Important: As personalised products are made individually for you, they are excluded from exchange and return (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

🔄 Returns

Would you like to send something back? No problem – here are your options:

Return period: You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

🇩🇪 Returns within Germany

• Register your return directly in our returns portal: retoure.mababu.com. There you can download your DHL return label and drop off the parcel at any DHL drop-off point.
• For this we charge a flat rate of €4, which we deduct from the refund amount
• Alternatively, you can also return the parcel yourself with a carrier of your choice, in which case you pay the return costs directly

🌍 Returns from other countries

• You pay the return costs from abroad yourself
• Please make sure you use an insured return service with a tracking number

↩️ Conditions for returns

• Products must be returned in as-new condition
• That means: unwashed, unworn and in their original packaging
