To receive a refund, it is important that the product is returned in an as-new condition. This means the product should be unwashed and free of strong odours such as detergent. Products that show clear signs of use or have been washed several times can unfortunately not be taken back, as we can no longer resell them. Due to misuse of this guarantee in the past, we have to insist that these conditions are met. We therefore ask you to test the product in the condition in which you would also keep it.

For returns within Germany, we charge a flat return shipping contribution of €4, which we deduct automatically from the refund.

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we usually refund the amount within a few working days.
